RESERVATION POLICIES

By confirming the booking process, you authorize Helijet Aviation S.A to charge the full amount of the reservation in your credit card. If there is any problem with the credit card transaction throughout the booking, you must register a new card in order to obtain confirmation. The result of the payment for your transaction will appear on your statement on behalf of HELIJET AVIATION S.A. In flight special requests are available with previous notice at booking time .

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of written notice by email to [email protected] from our Reservations department and confirmation received by our office. If you apply a refund, it shall be in accordance with our policies as detailed below:
• Full payment is due upon reservation. No refunds or credit for cancellations, no show or parcels or portions of unused services.
• Early departures will be charged in full
• Cancellations must be received in writing
• Any cancellation 49 hours before flight departure Time or more will have no penalty.
• 50% penalty cancellation requests received 48 hours Before departure time.
• Full Penalty for any cancelation received 24 hours before flight departure time.
• Full penalty for any no-show.

Impossibility of Performance

I agree that Helijet Aviation S.A . not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fire, blockades, government order or other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy Policy and Legal Statement

Helijet Aviation S.A is committed to maintaining the strictest confidence all information relating to all our passengers . Not disclose to any other source the information you enter on our website. This information will be for the exclusive use of Helijet Aviation S.A under penalty of applicable law. We will never give out your e-mail address for any reason.

Weather Cancelations

While we do everything in our power to provide a reliable service, we cannot control the weather. Helijet Aviation S.A reserves the right to cancel or delay any flight due to bad weather conditions of for safety reasons. If this should occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and will cancel your reservation without penalty.
